Atty. Rhen, is one of Cebu’s most respected CPA-Lawyer. Atty. Rhen is well-versed in all areas of business with extensive professional experience (over 20 years) as accounting practitioner, tax lawyer and corporate legal adviser to Cebu’s top business owners. As a professional service provider, his experience covers the full range of audit and accounting services (external, internal and consultancy), tax and corporate services, corporate legal and business support services to various companies in different industries including Foreign Funding Agencies and Philanthropic Organizations.
Atty. Rhen is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant. Atty. Rhen continues to handle multi-location complex engagements. He is accredited Practitioner by the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB). A volunteer of the “Go Negosyo” Program currently being supported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Department of Agriculture (DA) which provides capacity building to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Atty. Rhen was a Reviewer in Taxation, Accounting and Business Laws at University of San Jose-Recoletos Review Office and a professor for ten (10) years in various universities in Cebu.
Antonio “Anton” Sanchez, CPA, REB, REA
Junior Partner – Audit and Corporate Services
Anton has 10 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and taxation having worked as a Senior Tax Associate at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo and Company (SGV & Co.) and as a tax compliance business expert for the world’s largest fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
He also became a Chief Accountant at Transnational Diversified Group (TDG) and worked as a professor in Taxation and a CPA reviewer. Anton was also the Managing Partner of Sanchez, Manuel and Associates (SMA). He is concurrently a Junior Partner of Mora, Sanchez, Menoza and Associates (MSMA).
Anton ranked 2nd, 5th and 9th in the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examinations administered by the Philippine’s Professional Regulatory Commission. He took up his Juris Doctor degree at Far Eastern University Institute of Law in Makati City.
Victoria (Vicky) Meñoza, CPA
Junior Partner – Audit and Assurance
Vicky has extensive experience in both Audit & Assurance Services as well as Business Support Services having started her professional career with the firm since 2010. Currently guiding our team of young and competent CPAs in the Audit & Assurance Services Department, she is very much involved in all related engagements, such as but not limited to statutory audit of local and multinational clients from various industries such as trading, merchandising, manufacturing, foundations, holdings, hotels, schools, banks and cooperative sector here in the Philippines.
Furthermore, she is also very competent in handling special audit engagements such as agreed-upon procedures and due diligence engagements in the public sector. She has been the firm’s point person with regards to programs/fund audit of Childfund Philippines Inc. Local Partners since we started in 2011.
She has been with R. P. Mora since she became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Vicky obtained her bachelor’s degree in accountancy, from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu City.
Atty. Moreno (Rick) A. Patindol, CPA
Partner – Legal Services
Rick has over 28 years of professional experience in the field of accounting and auditing. After passing the CPA Board Exams in 1981, he worked for Pacific Banking Corporation as Intenal Auditor. He was likewise employed as Chief Accountant of Citi Appliance and as Plant Manager of Clarson Enterprises. He eventually devoted most of his work experience at Metro Cebu Public Savings Bank. He retired from private employment in 2009 as Vice-President for Operations
After passing the Bar Exams, he practiced as Litigation Lawyer for J. M. Alo and M. A. Patindol Law Office from 2009-2011 and in 2011 joined R. P. Mora & Co.
As a lawyer-litigator, he is very familiar with major issues relating to Civil and Criminal Law. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from University of San Jose – Recoletos and his Bachelor of Law degree from University of the Visayas.
